The Challenge

With Zespri operating in regions & markets (literally) around the world, and each carrying a different level of category maturity, the model needed to be globally consistent yet locally relevant & adaptable. A challenge for creating the model & guidance and for stakeholder engagement.

The Approach

We got dirty in the data and detail - immersing ourselves in the existing models and performance data; before emerging with a prioritised model for driving incremental brand & category growth across Zespri's global markets.

Using interactive platforms, market teams could use a mixture of market objectives, channel, shopper segmentation, and retailer priorities to receive customised guidance on how best to optimise their in-store spend and deliver the best possible growth for Zespri and the retailer.
